Grassroots is about developing strong relationships among retailers. One important way we encourage collaboration and continuing professional development is through the educational programming that we weave into Connect.

*Grassroots member & shareholder meetings and private sessions from **8:00am-12:00pm**. Open education sessions for **all retailer attendees** from **12:00pm-4:00pm**.   • We’re taking a fresh approach to the Buyer’s Meeting this Spring by kicking off the session with a panel led by Carrie Watson (Outside Looks). The panel will consist of peer and varied category buyers, sharing their approach on what makes a modern retailer, keeping staff morale high, key ways to build margin, volatility and balancing supply, along with other retail hot topics.
