Hotel booking links are available to retailers first as they are required to book within our blocks to qualify for reimbursement. Vendors will receive booking links on August 31, 2026. Please note: Staying in the blocks is a requirement for retailers to be considered for show reimbursement.

Please do not split your stay across two properties. We ask that you book your full stay at one of the hotels listed below that best suits your needs.

Please note that our venues or hotels will not contact you directly to book a room or schedule travel to Connect in Kansas City. While other third-party companies may contact you regarding the show, please know they are not in any way associated with Grassroots Connect, and as such, please use caution in answering solicitations.
