The host and overflow booking cut off deadlines have passed. You are welcome to book at any of these hotels at the retail rate or use our trusted aRes system.

If you are planning on attending and have not secured a hotel reservation, search for hotel availability via our trusted partner aRes Travel.

aRes Travel is a third-party travel planner. Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary and are the responsibility of the guest. Questions on hotel policies or payments made on aRes website should be directed to the aRes Reservation Center or to the hotel directly.

Please note that our venues or hotels will not contact you directly to book a room or schedule travel to Fall 2024 Connect in Kansas City. While other third-party companies may contact you regarding the show, please know they are not in any way associated with Grassroots Connect, and as such, please use caution in answering solicitations.

We encourage you to book in our room blocks at the following hotels. Please note: Staying in the blocks is a requirement for retailers to be considered for show reimbursement.

There is a Kansas City Chief home football game on Sunday, November 10th. We recommend making your hotel reservations early. Once our blocks fill, we cannot promise additional rooms.

Please do not split your stay across two properties. We ask that you book your full stay at one of the hotels listed below that best suits your needs.
