Registration

Each Retailer, Vendor, and Agency are designated an admin that will be prompted for registration payment when requests are submitted.

Registration, appointment requests, and scheduling are handled through Grassroots' ConnectApp Portal . This is where Retailer, Vendor, and Agencies admins add teammates as well as view initial and final schedules once they are ready.

• Registration is $30.00 per retailer attendee.

• Registration is $180.00 per vendor staff.

• Registration is $30.00 per agency/independent rep

The fee secures the badge required to attend Discovery, full access to the Connect Show, as well as lunches, snacks, and happy hours.

Badge pick up

Registered attendees with name badges will be permitted to enter the show floor and ancillary events. Pre-registration is required for all exhibitors and attendees. You may pick up your badge during the following times and at specified locations.

Saturday, November 7 from 6-8p.m. - Member Retailers

• Member Retailers may pick up their name badges at the Grassroots Welcome Reception that will be held at the Loews Hotel in the Muse Room.

Sunday, November 8 from 7:45a.m.-6 p.m. - Retailers

• Retailer Badges (Members and Guests) will be available for pick up from 7:45am-1:30pm at Education Day at the Loews Hotel in the City Beautiful Ballroom foyer. They will be available from 1:30pm-7pm at Discovery at Kansas City Convention Center in Grand Ballroom 2501 D.

Sunday, November 8 from 8a.m.-6 p.m. - Connect Exhbibitors

• All Connect exhibitor and rep badges will be available at the Grassroots Registration Booth located in Kansas City convention Center, Exhibit Hall D&E.

Monday, November 9 - Thursday, November 12 from 8a.m. - 6p.m. - All Badges

• All badges will be available at the Kansas City Convention Center at the Grassroots Registration Booth in Exhibit Hall D&E.
