Program

Discovery is a 5-hour, unstructured event designed for browsing and exploring and it doubles as the welcoming Happy Hour social for retailers. These social moments at a business-focused show are incredibly valuable to both retailers and exhibitors, who crave community time as much as they crave good coffee (and they love good coffee).

Set Up & Tear Down

Grand Ballroom B/C/D opens at 10:00 am for set up - freight sent to the advanced warehouse will be delivered to your booth. Please pick up your badge from the Registration Booth in the Grand Ballroom Lobby as you come in.

• Booth set up & badge pick up from 10:00-1:45pm
• Discovery opens at 2pm
• Open only to retailers and buyers from 2-6pm
• Open to all Connect participants 6-7pm
• Show closes at 7pm
• Tear down 7:15pm-9pm

• 10x10 (100sf) Booth
• Grassroots will provide (2) chairs and a 6' table
• Basic Booth Signage

Customize Your Space

• Make it fun, inviting, and true to your brand.
• Drape: 10' wide, 8' high.
• Attach custom drape to the back wall using your own clips or clamps — please do not remove the black drape wall.
• Free-standing tension banners work great.
• Maximum height for booth fixtures, flags, or lighting is 8'.
• Visual projection is limited to small digital devices — please no audio.

Rentals & Services

Liberty Expo is our trusted trade show decorator for Discovery in Kansas City. They will handle:

• Booth build
• Freight and advanced warehouse
• Booth fixture rentals via Boomer
• Need additional furnishings or fixtures? Order through the Liberty Expo site, link coming soon. Placing your rental order pre-show guarantees your booth gets the fixtures it needs. On-site requests may be honored on a first-come, first-served basis, but aren't guaranteed.

Smart City is our trusted electricity provider for Discovery in Kansas City.

• Electricity is not included with your booth. If you need an electric drop, please order through Smart City, the electricity provider in Kansas City.
• Any questions about electrical should be sent to Jennifer Engelhart at Smart City.
• Basic WiFi is provided by Grassroots.
