Grassroots is excited to host one primary hotel block in Reno, NV at Peppermill Resort & Casino. King and Double rooms are available within the Peppermill Tower. Please note: Staying in the block is a requirement for retailers to be considered for show reimbursement.
The room block will be released to retailers first in early March. The booking link will be published below on March 31, 2025 for anyone attending/exhibiting at Connect.
- Room Rate including resort fee and taxes: $228.00 / night
*The resort fee is required and includes:
- Shuttle service to and from the Reno-Tahoe Internationl Airport daily from 4am-11:45pm
- Business center access
- In-room refrigerators
- Microwaves and cribs available upon request
- In-room coffee with Kuerig Coffee Maker
- Two (2) bottle of water per night
Please note that our venues or hotels will ***not*** contact you directly to book a room or schedule travel to Spring/Summer 2025 Connect in Reno, NV. While other third-party companies may contact you regarding the show, please know they are not in any way associated with Grassroots Connect, and as such, please use caution in answering solicitations.

Grassroots will be providing shuttle service between Peppermill Resort and Reno-Sparks Convention Center during high traffic times accordingly to the Connect agenda. Once finalized the Shuttle Schedule will be provided.
Parking at Peppermill Resort, Spa & Casino
Self-parking at the Peppermill Resort is free to all attendees and hotel guests.
Parking at Reno-Sparks Convention Center
Self-parking is available at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center with Parking Lots A, B, & C (picture below). Fees may apply.
If you are parking a large vehicles and/or trailer, please use Parking Lot C.
