Exhibitor Insurance Requirements
Grassroots requires all exhibitors to have a general liability insurance policy with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate to exhibit. The insurance should cover the period of the show, including move-in and move-out days. The insurance must name Grassroots Outdoor Alliance, Mackenzie Exhibits (exposition services), and Reno-Sparks Convention Center (the venue) as additional insured.
