Program

The Discovery Marketplace is a 5 hour, unstructured event designed for browsing and exploring. It is also the welcoming Happy Hour social event for the retailers. They crave their community time as much as they crave good coffee- and they LOVE good coffee.

Set Up & Tear Down

The Tuscany Ballroom opens at 10:00 am for set up - freight sent to the advanced warehouse will be delivered to your booth. Please pick up your badge from the Registration Booth in the Tuscany Ballroom foyer as you come in.

• Booth set up from 10:00-1:45pm
• Show Opens at 2pm
• Open only to retailers and buyers from 2-6pm
• Open to all attendees and Connect exhibitors 6-7pm
• Show closes at 7pm
• Tear down 7:15pm-9pm

• 10x10 100sf Booth
• Grassroots will provide 2 chairs and a 6' table
• Basic Booth Signage

Rentals & Services

• mackenzie EXHIBIT manages the pipe and drape, freight and advanced warehouse, and rentals for Discovery Marketplace.
• To order additional furnishings and rentals, the Vendor Organizer may log in to the mackenzie EXHHIBIT Boomer site.
• Electric is not included with your booth. Should you need an electric drop, please order through mackenzie EXHIBIT.
• Basic WiFi is provided by the venue.
