  • Megan Frank grew up in the outdoor retail industry—daughter of Todd Frank, owner of The Trail Head in Missoula, Montana. Megan has worked in outdoor retail in some capacity almost her entire life. When the big dreams of staying in Canada post-college graduation were squashed by COVID, she returned home in the spring of 2020 to work for her dad. With lots of time on her hands, she cooked up an idea to sell used gear out of the basement of The Trail Head. In November of 2020, with a little help from Todd, Megan opened up the Trail Head Gear Exchange and has been working to grow that aspect of their business ever since.

  • Aiden Chisholm grew up playing in the outdoors of Missoula, Montana. While attending Boise State, he worked at a local outdoor consignment shop. After graduation, he spent a short stint living in Durango, trying to make it as a ski bum. Todd Frank then asked him to come back to Missoula and manage the Trailhead Gear Exchange. Aiden came back to his hometown in 2022 and has been managing the Gear Exchange since. Aiden brings five years of outdoor consignment experience and knowledge.
